Abstract
CIRCUITO DE FONTE DE ALIMENTAçãO QUE POSSUI MALHA DE CONTROLE DE TENSãO E MALHA DE CONTROLE DE CORRENTE. Um circuito de fonte de alimentação inclui dois transístores de passagem que conduzem corrente a partir de um terminal de fornecimento de tensão para um terminal de saída. Um dos transistores de passagem é menor enquanto que o outro é maior. A corrente através do transistor menor é controlada pela malha de controle de tensão de tal modo que a tensão no terminal de saída é regulada em uma tensão predeterminada. A corrente através do transístor maior é controlada por uma malha de controle de corrente de ganho elevado de tal modo que a corrente fluindo através do transistor maior é um múltiplo da corrente fluindo através do transistor de passagem menor. Mediante redução do fluxo de corrente no transistor menor, a razão de rejeição de fonte de alimentação (PSRR) do circuito de fonte de alimentação é aperfeiçoada para freqúências de até 100 kHz. Espaço de matriz ocupado pelos dois transístores de passagem é reduzido em comparação com a quantidade de espaço de matriz de transistor de passagem em um circuito de fonte de alimentação convencional de desempenho similar.
