Abstract

MéTODO PARA A RECUPERAçãO DE OURO A PARTIR DE CONCENTRADO DE SULFITO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para a recuperação de ouro a partir de um concentrado sulfídico, particularmente um contendo arsenopirita e/ou pinta, hidro-metalurgícamente. O concentrado é primeiro submetido a lixiviamento com uma solução concentrada de cloreto alcalino-cloreto de cobre (II), por meio do qual os minerais de cobre e algum do ouro no concentrado são feitos dissolverem. Enxofre elementar, ferro precipitado e compostos de arsênico são separados a partir do resíduo de líxiviamento usando-se métodos de separação física, pelos quais o primeiro intermediário é obtido, que contém minerais de sulfito suportando ouro e minerais de ganga, bem como o ouro que permanece não-dissolvido. O ouro livre que permanece não-dissolvido é separado por meio de métodos de separação por gravidade. Após separação por gravidade, trituração adicional é efetuada, após a qual os minerais de sulfito são decompostos, e a solução contendo ouro ou resíduo é encaminhado para o circuito de lixiviamento de concentrado.
