Abstract

ELEMENTO DE BLOCO DE POLIAS PARA MáQUINA JACQUARD. A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento de bloco de polias (20) para a utilização em uma máquina Jacquard (1) que tem pelo menos uma primeira polia (25) para guiar um primeiro nó corrediço (6) e pelo menos uma segunda polia (30) para guiar um segundo nó corrediço (8), em que um dos dois nós corrediços (6, 8) está conectado com pelo menos um gancho (4, 5) de uma máquina Jacquard (1) e o outro nó corrediço (8) está conectado com pelo menos uma corda de arnês (10) para levantar um fio de urdume (14) e em que a primeira e a segunda polias (25, 30) são independentemente giráveis uma em relação à outra. O elemento de bloco de polias (20) tem um rolamento (21) compreendido de um anel interno (22) e um anel externo (23), em que o anel interno (22) e o anel externo (23) do rolamento (21) são giráveis independentemente um do outro e em que uma das duas polias (25, 30) está conectada com o anel interno (22) e a outra polia (25, 30) está conectada com o anel externo (23) do rolamento (21).
