Abstract

MóDULO DE BATERIA. A presente invenção revela um módulo de bateria, em que o acoplamento entre uma caixa superior e uma caixa inferior é realizado por soldagem ultra-sónica nas regiões de contato entre as extremidades superior e inferior das caixas e um rótulo em forma de película é afixado nas superfícies externas das caixas, que estão acopladas uma à outra, e a superfície superior da caixa superior e a superfície inferior da caixa inferior são abertas de modo que o corpo da bateria possa ser diretamente afixado no rótulo sem um degrau. O corpo da bateria pode ser fabricado com uma espessura menor do que o dos módulos de bateria convencionais, a dissipação de calor do corpo da bateria pode ser realizada de maneira eficaz durante o carregamento e a descarga e o módulo de bateria oferece a estabilidade estrutural necessária para um módulo de bateria, além de uma força de acoplamento aumentada entre as caixas.
