Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE TRANSPORTE TRANSDéRMICO SEM AGULHA, PARA TRANSFERIR UMA SUBSTáNCIA ATRAVéS DE UM CORPO BIOLóGICO E MéTODOS DE TRANSFERêNCIA E FABRICAçãO DESTE. Trata-se de um dispositivo de transporte transdérmico sem agulha (100) para transferir não axialmente uma substância através de uma superfície de um corpo biológico que inclui um reservatório (110) para reter uma substância sendo transferida. Um pistão (105) está posicionado dentro do dispositivo em comunicação com o reservatório (110). Um acionador (105) aciona o pistão (105) para expelir a substância do reservatório (110). O reservatório (110) está em comunicação fluida com um bico (115) que inclui pelo menos uma abertura lateral (145) através da qual a substância é expelida. Múltiplas aberturas laterais (145) podem resultar em uma transferência sem agulha através de uma área de superfície a ser selecionada. A profundidade e a direção da injeção podem ser controladas pelos parâmetros do bico (115). Pelo provimento de uma direção e de uma profundidade seletiva, é possível injetar uma substância na camada biológica almejada, tal como um plano de clivagem para promover cobertura adicional. Uma fonte de controle pode ser usada para acionar o dispositivo (100). O dispositivo (108) pode também incluir uma fonte de energia opcional (125).
