Abstract

JUNTA ROSQUEADA PARA TUBOS DE AÇO, MÉTODO PARA TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL DE UMA JUNTA ROSQUEADA E MÉTODO DE CONEXÃO DE UMA PLURALIDADE DE TUBOS DE AÇO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma junta rosqueada para tubos de aço (A) para uso em um poço de petróleo, que tem resistência à escoriação aperfeiçoada e que é protegida de formação de ferrugem, compreende um pino (1) e uma caixa (2), cada um tendo uma superfície de contato incluindo uma parte rosqueada (3a, 3b) e uma parte de contato metálica não rosqueada (4a, 4b). A superfície de contato de pelo menos um do pino (1) e da caixa (2) tem uma camada inferior de um revestimento lubrificante semi-sólido ou líquido viscoso (31a), compreendendo pelo menos cera e um sal de metal alcalino-terroso de ácido graxo e não contendo um metal pesado nocivo, tal como chumbo, e uma camada superior de um revestimento sólido seco (31b) formado de uma composição aquosa de revestimento de resina, uma composição de revestimento do tipo solvente orgânico, ou uma composição de revestimento de cura ultravioleta.
