Abstract

APARELHO PARA FERMENTAçãO NãO INTENCIONAL OU LIBERAçãO PREMATURA DE LìQUIDO EM UM PROCESSO DE FERMENTAçãO DE BEBIDA E RESPECTIVO MéTODO Um mecanismo útil na prevenção de liberação de líquidos residuais em um dispositivo de fermentação de bebidas antes e depois do processo de fermentação, e para prevenir a liberação prematura de líquidos durante o processo de aquecimento aconteça. O mecanismo inclui um elemento flexível, um elemento de fechamento e uma reentrância, O mecanismo é fabricado de forma que a pressão do liquido sendo levado para a câmara de fermentação desloque ou pressione suficientemente o elemento de fechamento contra a reentrância para formar um canal ou cavidade na superfície do elemento flexível. A primeira passagem de fluido e o canal ou cavidade formam uma segunda passagem de fluido que fornecem a comunicação de fluido entre a entrada de fluido e a câmara de fermentação. De preferência, o elemento flexível, o elemento de fechamento e a reentrância devem formar uma unidade integral.
