A presente invenção proporciona um método de aliviar ou inibir um ou mais sintomas associados à síndrome do túnel do carpo, ao refluxo ácido, à psoríase, aos nódulos da cartilagem, à fibromialgia, ao diabete ou à hipoglicemia num mamífero. O método compreende a etapa de contatar a pele do mamífero com uma composição que inclui um extrato de vegetal ou fruta. A invenção é direcionada para composições e métodostópicos para aliviar ou inibir um ou mais sintomas associados à síndro-me do túnel do carpo, ao refluxo ácido, à psoríase, aos nódulos decartilagem, à fibromialgia, ao diabete ou à hipoglicemia num mamífero.As composições podem incluir extratos de fruta e/ou vegetais e sãoformuladas para contatar a pele do mamífero. 1. - Método de Aliviar ou Inibir um ou mais Sintomas Associados àSindrome do Túnel do Carpo, ao Refluxo Ácido, à Psoríase, aosNódulos de Cartilagem, à Fibromialgia, ao Diabete ou à Hipoglicemianum Mamífero, caracterizado por que compreende a etapa de:contatar a pele do mamífero com uma composição que incluium extrato de vegetal ou fruta, estando o extrato de vegetal ou frutapresente numa quantidade efetiva para aliviar ou inibir um ou maissintomas associados à síndrome do túnel do carpo, ao refluxo ácido, àpsoríase, aos nódulos de cartilagem, à fibromialgia, ao diabete ou àhipoglicemia no mamífero.
