Abstract
COLETOR PLANO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM COLETOR PLANO. A presente invenção refere-se a um coletor plano (101) que compreende um corpo suporte (102) que consiste em um material eletricamente isolante, um grande número de segmentos de conexão (108) que consistem de um material eletricamente condutor, para conectar no mínimo uma respectiva extremidade de um enrolamento de bobina, e um grande número de segmentos superficiais de apoio (112) que formam uma superfície de apoio (14) do coletor plano (101), ditos segmentos superficiais de apoio (112) sendo conectados aos segmentos de conexão (108) de maneira mecânica de forma permanente e eletricamente de maneira condutora e ao corpo suporte (102) e/ou os segmentos de conexão (108) sendo configurados em uma peça. O corpo suporte (102) é pré-fabricado e compreende aberturas (118) para o interior das quais os segmentos de conexão (108) são inseridos. O coletor é caracterizado pelo fato de os segmentos de conexão (108) serem ancorados aos segmentos superficiais de apoio (112) sobre o corpo suporte (102) por meio de conexão mecânica permanente, As aberturas (118) no corpo suporte (102) compreendem uma seção estendida (124, 128) na vizinhança da extremidade do segmento de conexão (108) que faceia os segmentos superficiais de apoio (112), a seção estendida (124, 128) das aberturas (118) forma uma câmara de recebimento para um agente de conexão que junta os segmentos de conexão (108) aos segmentos superficiais de apoio (112), e uma vez que o agente de conexão tenha curado, ele ancora o segmento de conexão (108) ao corpo suporte (102). A invenção também é relativa a um método para produzir um comutador plano.
