Abstract

APARELHO PARA PRODUçãO, RETIRADA E TRANSFERêNCIA DE UMA PASTA FLUIDA ALTAMENTE VISCOSA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para separar componentes de pasta fluida por assentamento gravitacional formando, por meio disso, uma pasta fluida engrossada e um líquido clarificado. O aparelho compreende um recipiente para decantar um volume de pasta fluida, um dispositivo de entrada de pasta fluida, uma passagem para o líquido clarificado, e um aparelho de remoção de pasta fluida para remoção da pasta fluida engrossada do recipiente no ou próximo a uma parede de fundo do mesmo. O aparelho de remoção da pasta fluida prende fisicamente uma parte da pasta fluida na parte interna do recipiente e transporta a mesma através de uma passagem do recipiente. O aparelho pode incluir um elemento alongado, giratório, em formato espiral aberto se estendendo uma distância para o recipiente a partir da parte externa próxima à parede de fundo do recipiente, o elemento em formato espiral aberto estado em comunicação direta e aberta com a parte interna do recipiente acima pelo menos de uma parte significante da distância, e um mecanismo de acionamento rotacional para girar o elemento em formato espiral aberto, pelo menos intermitentemente.
