Abstract
BROCA CANHãO. A presente invenção provê uma broca canhão dotada de excelente eficiência de corte, com que a taxa de corte pode ser ainda significativamente aperfeiçoada em comparação com as brocas canhão convencionais, tendo altaeficiênciadeperfuraçãoprofunda, coma lâmina tendo prolongada vida útil em operação, capaz de reduzir a freqúência de polimento para reutilização no caso de pequenos diâmetros. A broca canhão é provida de um cabeçote de corte 3A tendo uma porta de descarga do refrigerante 11 que se comunica com uma via de abastecimento do refrigerante 12 na face da extremidade distal 3a na extremidade distal 1b de uma porção de fuste oco 1 tendo uma ranhura de descarga das rebarbas de corte 11, cuja seção ao longo da direção do comprimento tem a forma em V na superfície externa e tendo seu interior feito em uma via de abastecimento do refrigerante 12, onde a porção da lâmina 32 do cabeçote de corte 3A é feita de liga de carbureto cimentada W, e ao mesmo tempo, os apoios das guias 5A e 5B que são colocados em contato deslizante com a circunferência interna da broca de corte são compostos de um material dissimilar tendo maior dureza que a liga de carbureto cimentada W.
