Abstract
Description

e em que um ou mais furos de sangria são providos entre a chaminé e a câmara, de maneira tal que o fluxo de ar de sangria possa ser direcionado para a câmara para impactar tumultuosamente o fluxo de ar que transporta o pó de medicamento aprisionado.
- (a) uma folha de base na qual ampolas são formadas para definir bolsas nela contendo uma formulação de medicamento em pó seco inalável;
- (b) uma folha de cobertura que é selável na folha de base, exceto na região das ampolas e mecanicamente desprendível da folha de base para permitir a liberação da dita formulação de medicamento em pó seco inalável;
- (a) uma estação de recebimento para receber a embalagem tipo ampola;
- (b) uma estação de liberação para liberar uma dose de medicamento distinta de uma ampola da embalagem tipo ampola mediante seu recebimento pela dita estação de recebimento; e
- (c) uma estação de indexação para indexar individualmente as distintas doses de medicamento da embalagem tipo ampola;
- a) uma estação de abertura para receber uma bolsa da embalagem de medicamento;
- b) dispositivo de desprendimento posicionado para encaixar uma folha de base e uma folha de cobertura de uma bolsa que foi recebida na dita estação de abertura para desprender uma folha de base e uma folha de cobertura como essa uma da outra para abrir uma bolsa como essa, o dito dispositivo de desprendimento incluindo dispositivo de acionamento da cobertura para puxar a folha de cobertura e a folha de base uma para fora da outra de uma bolsa que foi recebida na dita estação de abertura;
- c) uma estação de indexação para indexar individualmente as distintas bolsas da embalagem de medicamento;
um corpo;
o dito corpo definindo uma chaminé com uma entrada da chaminé e uma saída da chaminé para direcionar o fluxo de ar da dita entrada da chaminé para a dita saída da chaminé;
o corpo definindo adicionalmente uma câmara com uma entrada da câmara e uma saída da câmara;
em que a saída da chaminé e a dita entrada da câmara ficam dispostas lado a lado uma com a outra, de maneira tal que, quando a dita cavidade aberta ficar posicionada adjacente a elas, o dito fluxo de ar possa ser direcionado da saída da chaminé para a entrada da câmara através da cavidade aberta para aprisionar o dito pó de medicamento e permitir seu transporte no fluxo de ar da entrada da câmara para a dita saída da câmara;
e em que um ou mais furos de sangria são providos entre a chaminé e a câmara, de maneira tal que o fluxo de ar de sangria possa ser direcionado para a câmara para impactar tumultuosamente o fluxo de ar que transporta o pó de medicamento aprisionado.

em que a saída da chaminé (454a, 454b, 554a, 554b) e entrada da câmara (473a, 473b, 573a, 573b) ficam dispostas lado a lado uma com a outra de maneira tal que, quando a dita bolsa da ampola aberta (404a, 404b) das embalagem tipo ampola associadas (400a, 400b) são posicionadas adjacente a elas, a dita primeira porção de fluxo de ar (485, 585) é direcionada de saída da chaminé (454a, 454b, 554a, 554b) para entrada da câmara (473a, 473b, 573a, 573b) por meio das bolsas da ampola abertas associadas (404a, 404b) para aprisionar o dito pó de medicamento e permitir seu transporte no fluxo de ar da entrada da câmara (473a, 473b, 573a, 573b) para a dita saída da câmara (474, 574);
e em que um ou mais furos de sangria (480, 580a, 580b) são providos entre a chaminé (452, 552) e a câmara (460, 560) de maneira tal que a segunda porção do fluxo de ar total (483, 583) é direcionado para a câmara (460, 560) para impactar tumultuosamente o fluxo de ar que transporta o pó de medicamento aprisionado. - Distribuidor (450, 550) de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a câmara (460, 560) tem apenas uma saída de câmara (474, 574).
- Distribuidor (450, 550) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 ou 2, caracterizado pelo fato de que a geometria e disposição do distribuidor ficam arranjadas de maneira tal que, em uso, de 3 a 50 % do fluxo de ar total (483, 583) que entra no distribuidor (450, 550) pela entrada da chaminé (453, 553) são direcionados por meio da saída da chaminé, ou de cada saída da chaminé (454a, 454b, 554a, 554b), para uma bolsa da ampola aberta (404a, 404b), e de 97 a 50 % do fluxo de ar total são direcionados através de um ou mais furos de sangria (480, 580a, 580b) para a câmara (450, 560).
- Distribuidor (450, 560) de acordo com a reivindicação 3, caracterizado pelo fato de que a geometria e disposição do distribuidor ficam arranjadas de maneira tal que, em uso, de 5 a 25 % do fluxo de ar total (483, 583) que entra no distribuidor (450, 550) pela entrada da chaminé (453, 553) sejam direcionados por meio da saída da chaminé, ou de cada saída da chaminé, para uma bolsa da ampola aberta, e de 95 a 75 % do fluxo de ar total (483, 583) sejam direcionados através de um ou mais furos de sangria (480a, 580a, 580b) para a câmara (460, 560).
- Distribuidor (450, 550) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que a geometria e disposição do distribuidor fornecem uma resistência ao fluxo de ar de 1 a 5 kPa para um fluxo de ar total (483, 583) que entra no distribuidor (450, 550) pela entrada da chaminé (453, 553) a uma taxa de 60 litros / minuto.
- Distribuidor (450, 550) de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 1 a 5, caracterizado pelo fato de que a saída da chaminé e/ou entrada da câmara (473a, 473b, 573a, 573b), ou cada uma delas, define um perfil essencialmente circular de diâmetro de 1 a 7 mm.

- Dispositivo de dispensação de medicamento de acordo com a reivindicação 30 ou 31, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende adicionalmente um alojamento e, dentro do dito alojamento, um mecanismo para abrir a ou cada bolsa de ampola (404a, 404b) da pelo menos uma embalagem de ampola e apresentar a ou cada bolsa de ampola aberta (404a, 404b) às saídas da chaminé (454a, 454b, 554a, 554b) e entradas da câmara (473a, 473b, 573a, 573b).
- Dispositivo de dispensação de medicamento de acordo com a reivindicação 31, caracterizado pelo fato de que o distribuidor (450, 550) fica localizado dentro de um alojamento em uma posição intermediária à dito bocal e uma estação para apresentar uma bolsa da ampola aberta (404a, 404b) da dita pelo menos uma embalagem tipo ampola a ela.
- Dispositivo de dispensação de medicamento de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 30 a 33, caracterizado pelo fato de que o dispositivo de dispensação é adequado para a distribuição simultânea de pó de medicamento de uma bolsa da ampola (404a, 404b) aberta de cada uma das diversas embalagens tipo ampola (400a, 400b).
- Dispositivo de dispensação de medicamento de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 30 a 34, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende pelo menos uma embalagem tipo ampola (400a, 400b) contendo medicamento na forma de pó.
- Dispositivo de dispensação de medicamento de acordo com qualquer uma das reivindicações 30 a 34, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende primeira e segunda embalagens tipo ampola (400a, 400b), cada embalagem tipo ampola tendo pelo menos uma bolsa (404a, 404b), cada qual contendo um pó de medicamento inalável, em que a pelo menos uma bolsa da primeira embalagem contém pelo menos um medicamento que não está na pelo menos uma bolsa (404a, 404b) da segunda embalagem.
