Abstract

VáLVULA TERMOSTáTICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula termostática (10) com uma carcaça da válvula (11) que no interior (15) em ambos lados de uma abertura da válvula (16) envolvida por um assento da válvula (17) contém câmaras da válvula (18, 19) que servem para a entrada ou saída de um meio, e com um elemento de termostato (20), por exemplo, um elemento de dilatação, que apresenta, pelo menos, um elemento da válvula (23) que domina a abertura da válvula (16), em cuja carcaça (21), pelo menos um, elemento da válvula (23) está fixado, e que está apoiado, com uma parte relativamente deslocável, por exemplo, um êmbolo (22), na carcaça da válvula (11), sendo que, o elemento da válvula (23) é admitido por uma mola de retenção (28) na direção de fechamento que, por um lado, está apoiada na carcaça (21) ou no elemento da válvula (23) e, por outro lado, está apoiada em um contra-apoio (29) que está seguro na carcaça da válvula (11) por meio de almas (30, 31). A carcaça da válvula (11) apresenta um componente (40) separado, no qual, pelo menos, as almas (30, 31) para o contra apoio (29) são executadas em peça única. O componente (40) é moldado de material altamente solicitado, e é injetado ou fundido na carcaça da válvula (11) constituída de material sintético padronizado (figura).
