Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A CO-PRODUçãO DE OLEFINAS E DIéSTERES OU DIáCIDOS PARTINDO DE GORDURAS INSATURADAS. A presente invenção refere-se a produzir tanto uma fração olefínica e uma composição de diácidos ou diésteres de gorduras, onde um processo é realizado incluindo, em sucessão: a) metátese de uma gordura insaturada com etileno na presença de pelo menos um líquido iónico não-aquoso; b) separação e reciclagem do líquido iónico usado na primeira etapa; c) separação por destilação, da fração olefínica (fração A) da fração de ácido monobásico ou monoáster da gordura insaturada (fração B) formado na etapa a); d) homometátese do éster de gordura monoinsaturada ou parte ácida (fração B) que permita a co-produção de diésteres ou diácidos de gordura insaturada (fração C) e etileno que é reciclado na primeira etapa de metátese do processo; e) opcionalmente, reciclagem do líquido iónico contendo o catalisador usado na etapa d). De aplicação particular a um óleo de semente de girassol oléico, um óleo de semente de colza olélco ou a uma mistura de ésteres de mono-álcool de tais óleos, onde o processo pode produzir tanto uma fração olefínica (composta principalmente de 1-deceno) e uma composição de diásteres ou diácidos onde, em geral, mais da metade das cadeias é constituída de cadeias C~ 18~ insaturadas (principalmente compostas de 9-octadeceno-1,18-diácido ou diáster) e a reciclagem do etileno empregado.
