Abstract
APARELHO EM UMA CARDA DE LáMINA DENTADA, CARDA DE ROLO OU SIMILAR PARA LIMPAR MATERIAL DE FIBRA, POR EXEMPLO ALGODãO, COMPREENDENDO UM PRIMEIRO ROLO, OU PRINCIPAL, DE ALTA VELOCIDADE. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em uma carda de lâmina dentada, carda de rolo ou similar para limpar material de fibra, por exemplo de algodão, compreendendo um primeiro rojo, ou principal, de alta velocidade, que é adaptado para suportar ou transportar um tecido de fibra se deslocando, segundo e terceiro rolos associadas, que têm passas respectivos um com o outra e com o primeira rolo na rotação dos três rolos, e dispositivos de acionamento para a rotação dos rolos, cujos dispositivos de acionamento são dispostos tal que a segundo rolo é rodado em uma direção de rotação que é a mesma que aquela do primeiro rola e oposta àquela do terceiro rolo, em que o segunda rolo está disposto a jusante da terceira rola e coopera com o primeira rolo de modo que uma esteira de fibra seja aberta e separada, a esteira de fibra é transferida para o passa com o terceiro rolo e é transportada pelo terceiro rolo para o passo do primeiro rolo, onde é transferida de volta para o primeiro rolo, os rolos tendo um revestimento com agulhas ou dentes que são inclinados a um ângulo aguda (ângulo dianteiro) na direção de rotação, e na região da transição das fibras do primeiro rolo para a segundo rolo, as agulhas ou dentes dos rolos em questão sendo inclinadas em direções diferentes e a velocidade da segundo rolo sendo baixa em comparação com a velocidade do primeiro rolo. A fim de aperfeiçoar a aparelho para que o grau de limpeza seja consideravelmente aumentado, o ângulo dianteira dos dentes do segundo rolo é cerca de 10<198> a 50<198> e os espaços de revestimento são grandes para obter um volume de enchimento maior para as fibras.
