Abstract

EVAPORADOR DO TIPO DEDO. Descreve-se um evaporador (1) do tipo dedo que compreende um duto principal (2) substancialmente cilíndrico e alongado, por onde escoa um fluxo de fluido refrigerante, e compreende também uma pluralidade de dedos (3), ou ramos, dispostos junto à superfície lateral do duto principal (2) e estando em conexão fluídica com o mesmo. Além disso, o evaporador (1) compreende elementos de desvio de fluxo (4) dispostos sobre os eixos centrais de cada dedo (3) responsáveis por direcionar o fluxo de fluido refrigerante do duto principal (2) ao interior dos dedos (3), provendo quantidades iguais de fluido em todos os dedos (3) associados ao duto (2) e, conseqüentemente, mesma temperatura e mesmas dimensões de peças de gelo produzidas ao redor dos dedos (3).
