Abstract

ESTAçãO CORRETORA DE TELESCOPICIDADE DE BOBINAS EM LAMINADORES DE TIRAS A QUENTE. Consta de um dispositivo instalado na etapa posterior à de bobinamento da tira de aço no processo de laminação a quente, no qual a bobina (2) posicionada em seu eixo horizontal ou vertical é pressionada por dois discos (3) que são centralizados em seu eixo, reduzindo ou eliminando o defeito da telescopicidade (1) sem provocar danos de forma à bobina (2) e de superfície à tira durante o processo de correção, com isso oferecendo solução imediata ao fenómeno telescopicidade (1), sendo imprescindível para evitar quaisquer alterações e ou ajustes nas etapas anteriores ou posteriores à laminação de tiras a quente, simplificando sobremaneira a sua inserção junto ao mercado consumidor, oferecendo uma bobina com níveis de telescopicidade aceitáveis.
