Abstract

LACRE DE EMBALAGEM. Refere se a presente invenção a um novo lacre de embalagem, particularmente para embalagem que tenha tampa (4) e sobre tampa (3) ou para qualquer tipo de embalagem que tenha tampa. (4) e frasco (5), tampa e pote, tampa e bisnaga, e similares, compreendendo: uma haste (1) constituída de primeiro e segundo segmentos contíguos (1a, 1b) unidos numa zona de enfraquecimento rompível (1c), estando a haste (1) fixada, por meio de uma extremidade de seu primeiro segmento (1a), a uma superficie lateral da sobre tampa (3) ou da tampa (4) ou a uma superficie lateral da tampa (4) ou do frasco/garrafa (5), ou a uma superficie lateral da tampa ou pote, ou a uma superficie da tampa ou (la bisnaga, estando sua extremidade oposta, que também é a extremidade do segundo segmento (1b), livre, sendo o segundo segmento (1b) provido, entre sua extremidade livre e a zona de enfraquecimento rompível (1c) de união com o primeiro segmento (1a), com uma extensão separada por dois batentes; e, um dispositivo de preensão (2) fixado a uma superficie lateral da tampa (4) ou da sobre tampa (3) ou a uma superficie lateral da garrafa (5) ou da tampa (4), ou a uma superficie lateral da tampa ou pote, ou a uma superficie da tampa ou da bisnaga para prender de maneira fixa a extensão separada por dois batentes do segundo segmento (1b) da haste (1), quando a mesma for encaixada no dispositivo de preensão (2).
