O presente invento é caracterizado por capas para calças e calçados portáteis que podem ser calçadas e descalçadas com facilidade, para tanto não têm sola ou têm apenas uni pedaço de sola no bico para encaixar o calçado, têm abertura em toda a altura, situada de preferência na lateral interna da perna e fechadas com velcro disposto em sentido horizontal e com sobra, que permite regular o tamanho e moldar as capas a diversos modelos de calçado e manequins, mantendo-as firmes mesmo que sejam feitas de materiais leves. Nas beiradas que roçam o chão, pode-se costurar tiras de borracha para dar maior resistência à capa e melhor moldá-la aos diversos modelos de calçados.
