Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA CONVERSãO DE FRAçõES DE PETRóLEO PESADO EM UM LEITO FERVENTE COM PRODUçãO INTEGRADA DE DESTILADOS MéDIOS COM UM TEOR DE ENXOFRE MUITO BAIXO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e uma instalação para tratamento de uma alimentação de petróleo pesado, da qual pelo menos 80% em peso têm um ponto de ebulição maior do que 340<198>C, com o que o processo compreende os estágios que seguem: (a) hidroconversão em um reator de leito fervente operando com um fluxo alto de líquido e gás, conversão em % em peso da fração tendo um ponto de ebulição maior do que 540,198>C sendo de a partir de l0 a 98% em peso; (b) separação do efluente obtido a partir do estágio (a) em um gás contendo hidrogênio e H~ 2~S, uma fração compreendendo o gasóleo e opcionalmente uma fração que é mais pesada do que a fração de gasóleo e uma de nafta; (c) hidrotratamento através de contato com pelo menos um catalisador de pelo menos uma fração compreendendo o gasóleo obtido no estágio (b); (d) separação do efluente obtido no final do estágio (c) em um gás contendo hidrogênio e pelo menos uma fração de gasóleo tendo um teor de enxofre de menos do que 50 ppm, de preferência menos do que 20 ppm e com mais preferência menos do que 10 ppm, o estágio de hidroconversão (a) sendo conduzido em uma pressão P1 e o estágio de hidrotratamento (c) sendo conduzido em uma pressão P2, a diferença <30>P = P1 - P2 sendo pelo menos 3 MPa, abastecimento de hidrogênio para os estágios de hidroconversão (a) e hidrotratamento (c) sendo assegurado por um sistema de compressão único com n estágios.
