Abstract
WITH LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION, BIOMASS TRANSFORMATION, WITH A RELATIVE HUMIDITY OVER 250 / a, FOR PRODUCTION OF FUEL GRANULES, more precisely the industrial process for processing biomass (wood-cellulosic waste, wood chips) rice husk, babassu husk, etc.) in renewable and non-polluting fuel in the form of pellets for the production of thermal energy, which may even be converted into electrical or mechanical energy; The process basically consists of the fact that the biomass (wood pulp residues, wood processing chips, rice husk, babassu husk, etc.) is subjected to a relative humidity reduction process to somewhere between 12 and 130%. and homogenization of particle size less than 3 mm, all of these parameters being obtained in a single operation through a kinetic disintegrator that comminutes the treated material and at the same time reduces the RH (relative humidity).
