Abstract
TROCATER PARA LAPAROSCOPIA COM SISTEMA ENDOSCóPICO FLEXIVEL. A presente invenção refere-se a um jogo cirúrgico que, permite a utilização de instrumentos endoscópicos flexíveis, através da cavidade abdominal, facilitando a realização de exames e/ou cirurgias através de um único orificio milimétrico ao invés de múltiplos orificios da cirurgia laparoscópica convencional, mantendo-se o sistema pneumoperitoneo com gás carbónico e acesso transparietal, diminuindo, com isso, o risco de complicações devido a um número mínimo de incisões. Composto de um guia condutor transparente (FIGURA 3), tendo uma base de engate (5) em uma extremidade e na outra uma ponta abaulada para permitir uma visão no momento da perfuração em uma parede ou órgão interno, de diâmetro ajustado ao diâmetro interno do dispositivo oco de inserção rígido - TROCATER (FIGURA 1 e 2), em cuja extremidade proximal se situa o encaixe da parte da camisa flexivel (FIGURA 5), próximo ao cachimbo para entrada de gás (3), e na outra extremidade distal um chanfro para facilitar sua inserção no corpo e facilitar a introdução da camisa flexível (8), que serve como envoltório de proteção do endoscópio (7) e das cânulas ou canais flexíveis (11).TROCATER FOR LAPAROSCOPY WITH FLEXIBLE ENDOSCOPIC SYSTEM.
