Abstract
COMPOSIÇçO E PROCESSO PARA OBTENÇçO E APLICAÇçO DE ISOLANTES E REVESTIMENTOS DE ALTA RESISTÊNCIA À ABRASçO. Idealizada a fim de minimizar custos, visando a proteção do meio ambiente e a obtenção de um produto que elaborado a partir de material reciclável que seja altamente vantajoso principalmente quanto a resistência, aderência e flexibilidade, caracterizada por ser constituída por um isolante e revestimento para substratos de madeira e seus derivados, sendo o isolante composto por filme PVB adicionado ao isolante e vidro moído ao verniz, preparado em solução alcoólica e misturado a um acrílico trifuncional, aplicando-se uma camada do mesmo e utilizando a "dupla-cura", térmica em uma estufa de 60°C por 5 minutos e com radiação ultravioleta, munido de uma lâmpada de mercúrio, com uma dosagem de no máximo 300 m.cm^ -2^ e uma irradiância de no máximo 300 mW.cm^ -2^, ficando em ambos os casos apenas geleificado, e posteriormente o verniz alto tráfego com a combinação de vidro soda-cal moído e óxido de alumínio como cargas é aplicado uma ou mais demãos e também geleificado no túnel UV como no caso do isolante, para posterior aplicação de uma demão de acabamento alto tráfego, curado por UV com uma dosagem de no mínimo 500 mJ.cm^ -2^ e uma irradiância de no mínimo 200 mW.cm^ -2^ , sendo que as camadas tanto do isolante como do verniz AT devem seguir as ordens e as curas apresentadas, sendo que a camada mínima de isolante deve ser estipulada em 15 g.m^ -2^.COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR OBTAINING AND APPLICATION OF INSULATION AND HIGH RESISTANCE COATINGS.
