Abstract
PROCESSOS E SISTEMAS PARA REDUZIR PARA POLPA ALCALINA MADEIRAS DE LEI. A presente invenção refere-se a rejeitos de polpa de madeira de lei, a um determinado número capa, que podem ser reduzidos submetendo a polpa de madeira de lei a condições de fervura especificadas no final da fervura. A esse respeito, foi descoberto que g-lignina reage mais rapidamente do que g-lignina e que existe uma proporção mais alta de g-lignina no final de uma fervura de madeira de lei, em comparação com a g-lignina presente no início da fervura. Desse modo, foi descoberto que ao ferver madeiras de lei, condições de fervura relativamente mais severas (por exemplo., temperaturas de fervura mais altas) no final da fervura diminuem o conteúdo de g-lignina, que, por sua vez, diminui a percentagem de rejeitos de polpa, a um determinado número capa. Em modalidades preferidas, métodos e sistemas são postos à disposição para produzir, continuamente, polpa de celulose química de uma pasta fluida fluida de material de madeira de lei triturado, submetendo a pasta fluida fluida de material de madeira de lei triturado a um primeiro estágio de fervura, sob condições suficientes para reduzir o conteúdo de lignina de siringila (s-lignina) no material de madeira de lei, em comparação com o conteúdo de lignina de guaiacila (g-lignina) no mesmo, e, depois, submeter a pasta fluida fluida de material de madeira de lei triturado a um segundo estágio de fervura, sob condições suficientes para reduzir o conteúdo de g-lignina remanescente no mesmo depois do primeiro estágio de fervura.
