Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ISOCIANATOS. A presente invenção refere-se a isocianatos que são produzidos por a) reação de pelo menos uma amina com o fosgênio, opcionalmente na presença de um solvente, para produzir o isocianato correspondente e obtém-se uma corrente que contém cloreto de hidrogênio, fosgênio e opcionalmente solvente, compostos de baixa fervura e substâncias inertes, b) separação da corrente que contém cloreto de hidrogênio, fosgênio e opcionalmente solvente, compostos de baixa fervura e substâncias inertes em uma seqüência de etapas de absorção de pelo menos dois estágios, que inclui (1) pelo menos uma etapa de absorção isotérmica e (2) pelo menos uma etapa de absorção adiabática, para obter (i) uma corrente de cloreto de hidrogênio contendo fosgênio em concentrações de no máximo 0,5% em peso (com base no peso da corrente de cloreto de hidrogênio) e (ii) uma corrente de fosgênio líquido, e c) reciclo da corrente de fosgênio líquido (ii) para a reação da amina com o fosgênio.
