Abstract

ISOLANTE PASSANTE PARA TRANSFORMADORES ELéTRICOS. Um isolante passante (20) para transformadores elétricos, incluindo um corpo isolante (18), que inclui uma porção externa (14), para ser arranjado em ar, acoplada com uma porção interna (25) no tanque de transformador elétrico, em que as porções isolantes externa e interna (14, 15) são cruzadas axialmente por uma haste de ligação metálica (11), que atua como um condutor elétrico. Em particular, a porção isolante externa (14) tem uma série de aletas (17), posicionadas próximas juntas e dimensionadas apropriadamente, a fim de obter altas características dielétricas; além disso, pelo menos uma parte do corpo isolante inteiro (18) tem uma cobertura isolante combinada, formada do acoplamento de uma camada de silício, cobrindo a resina epóxi subjacente, que, por sua vez, cerca o condutor elétrico (11). Dentro da resina epóxi, uma blindagem metálica (19) também é embutida, provida com braços (20), que tem o propósito dual de blindar os componentes de fixação metálicos e a base de suporte (21), por exemplo no tanque do transformador, e de ser usada como capacitor para as entradas capacitivas, consistindo nos braços (20) acima mencionados.
