Abstract

BóIA DE NìVEL COMPOSTA PARA MONITORAMENTO DE COMBUSTìVEL. Refere-se o presente documento a um Certificado de Adição que consiste em um sistema de bóia composta, a baixo custo, formada por quatro elementos de flutuação, dispostos em forma de cruz em um mesmo plano. Cada elemento é seguido por uma haste de sustentação que transmite ao componente central toda e qualquer perturbação do combustível. São apresentadas duas alternativas para a constituição do corpo central desse sistema: A primeira delas consiste em um pequeno dispositivo hidráulico que combina o movimento dos elementos flutuação. Já a segunda alternativa consiste na utilização de uma configuração de reostatos em série. A bóia composta para monitoramento atende a diversos modelos de tanques de combustivel, pois pode ser posicionada de variadas maneiras. Devida à alta precisão de leitura da presente bóia de nível composta, utiliza-se um mostrador de nível de combustível em litros (modo de monitoramento), e um indicador de litros de combustível abastecidos (modo de abastecimento) ambos controlados através de um sistema microprocessado, tendo um display em LCD (Liquid Crystal Display - Monitor de Cristal Liquido) como interface de apresentação das informações aos usuários.COMPOUND LEVEL FLOAT FOR FUEL MONITORING.
