Abstract

SISTEMA DE ANÁLISE DE DEGRADAÇçO DE VARISTORES DE àXIDO DE ZINCO (ZNO) UTILIZANDO OS PARÂMETROS DO MODELO LANGEVIN MODIFICADO. É em método de avaliação da vida útil do pára-raios que utiliza a "Função de Langevin Modificada", empregada inicialmente para representar as grandezas magnéticas campo e indução em materiais ferromagnéticos, adaptada para as grandezas próprias da curva característica dos varistores dos pára-raios, corrente e tensão, com medição da variação dos parâmetros do modelo do pára-raios que utiliza a "Função de Langevin Modificada" adaptada, ao longo da vida do pára-raios, avaliando o estado funcional do pára-raios com base na variação dos três parâmetros do modelo desenvolvido de varistores de pára-raios, utilizando um sistema de medição de corrente de fuga de pára-raios, com técnicas para a obtenção da parcela da corrente resistiva que flui pelo varistor, e com técnicas de determinação dos parâmetros do modelo que utiliza um software de encontro dos parâmetros do modelo de varistor.
