Abstract
PREPARAÇçO AQUOSA PARA BRANQUEAMENTO DE AÇéCAR. A presente invenção refere-se a uma preparação aquosa onde se faz referência que o produto é um metabissulfito de sódio modificado com estabilizadores para uma rápida doação de enxofre ao caldo de cana de maneira regulada e controlada com um consumo teórico de bissulfitode 100 a 200 ppm. Para um branqueamento efetivo é necessário o uso de ácido fosfórico numa dosagem de 200 a 350 gramas por tonelada de cana moída; e na etapa de clarificação se requer um floculante de alto peso molecular e carga aniônica de 35 a 37%, num clarificador moderno de alta velocidade e com temperaturas no caldo de cana de 103 a 105°C.WATER PREPARATION FOR SUGAR BLANKING.
