Abstract

APERFEIÇOAMENTO INTRODUZIDO EM PROCESSO DE SECAGEM DE BAGAÇO DE CANA TRITURADO OU OUTROS PARA POSTERIOR TRABALHO DE BRIQUETAGEM OU OUTROS. Constituído por unidade de secagem (1) composta de moega dosadora de recepção de bagaço úmido (2) com rosca transportadora (4) que alimenta rosca transportadora (5) para válvula dosadora giratória (6) para descarga no funil de ar quente (7) lançado no tanque cilíndrico de secagem (8), dito bagaço úmido levantado e exposto ao ar quente na ante-câmara (9) e na câmara de secagem final (17) por conjuntos de pás de tombamento (10) e o bagaço quase seco succionado por ventiladores centrífugos (18) e lançando em filtro separador tipo ciclone (19) que cai em moega (20) de rosca transportadora com calha aberta (21) e em rosca transportadora (22), parcialmente com fundo em forma de peneira (23) para separar o pó seco do bagaço para, por rosca transportadora (25) e rosca transportadora inclinada (26), alimentar moegas de alimentação (28) dos queimadores (capelas), alimentadas pelo próprio bagaço compactado (32), cujo desenvolvimento permitiu a obtenção de uma unidade compacta para a consecução do trabalho de secagem de bagaço de cana ou outros adequadamente triturado para que possa ser utilizado para o trabalho de briquetagem ou outros.
