SISTEMA LIBERADOR DE FORNECIMENTO DE SERVIÇOS BÁSICOS. Formado a partir de um equipamento (1) dotado de um bloco de leitura (2) magnética ou óptica, receptor da passagem de um cartão (3) armazenando um valor monetário previamente escolhido, adquirido pelo próprio usuário, de acordo com o volume de água, luz ou outro bem de consumo básico que queira ou necessite consumir; ditos cartões com os valores prefixados, sendo distribuídos e controlados pelas centrais de abastecimento e poderão ser adquiridos pelos interessados em estabelecimentos comerciais, bancários e similares. Se o usuário tentar ultrapassar o volume de consumo armazenado no cartão (3), o equipamento irá acusar o erro e imediatamente bloquear o fornecimento.
