Abstract
GAIOLA DE ESFERAS PARA UMA JUNTA UNIVERSAL DE VELOCIDADE CONSTANTE, PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DA MESMA, E, JUNTA UNIVERSAL DE VELOCIDADE CONSTANTE A invenção diz respeito a uma gaiola de esferas (2) para uma junta universal de velocidade constante. A gaiola de esferas (2) compreende um elemento anular com um eixo longitudinal A; no elemento anular, e provida uma pluralidade de janelas (3) as quais são distribuídas em torno da circunferência e que, na direção circunferencial, são separadas umas das outras por membranas longitudinais (4) e na direção axial por membranas anulares (5, 6); em regiões circunferenciais da gaiola de esferas (2) em que ficam arranjadas as janelas (3), as membranas anulares (5, 6) compreendem uma maior espessura de parede radial do que nas regiões circunferenciais da gaiola de esferas (2) em que estão arranjadas membranas longitudinais (4). Além disso, a invenção diz respeito a um processo de produção de uma gaiola de esferas, bem como uma junta universal de velocidade constante com uma gaiola de esferas.
