Abstract
MÉTODO E SISTEMA DE REDUÇçO DE INTERFERÊNCIA ELETROMAGNÉTICA EM UM SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAÇçO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma técnica para reduzir os níveis de interferência eletromagnética em sistemas de refrigeração equipados com inversor de freqúência. A técnica, conhecida por Jitteríng, realizando a variação cíclica da freqúência de comutação da ponte inversora. Uma das formas de realizar a invenção é através de um método de redução de interferência eletromagnética em um sistema de refrigeração, o sistema compreendendo um motor elétrico de velocidade variável (10) controlado por uma ponte inversora (15) acionada por um sinal em modulação PWM, a modulação PWM tendo um período de modulação (T~ TPWM) que varia entre um período máximo de modulação (T~ PWM-MAX~) e um período mínimo de modulação (T~ PWM-MIN~), o método compreendendo uma etapa de continuamente variar a o período de modulação (T~ PWM~) entre o período máximo de modulação (T~ PWM-MAX~) e o período mínimo de modulação (T~ PWM-MIN~), de modo a gradualmente incrementar e decrementar o período (T~ PWM~) entre os valores máximo e mínimo a cada novo período de modulação PWM para gerar uma atenuação na amplitude do sinal PWM na sua freqúência fundamental e nas frequências harmônicas.METHOD AND ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE REDUCTION SYSTEM IN A REFRIGERATION SYSTEM. The present invention relates to a technique for reducing electromagnetic interference levels in frequency inverter equipped refrigeration systems. The technique, known as Jittering, performs the cyclic variation of the inverter bridge switching frequency. One embodiment of the invention is by a method of reducing electromagnetic interference in a refrigeration system, the system comprising a variable speed electric motor (10) controlled by an inverter bridge (15) driven by a PWM modulated signal. , PWM modulation having a modulation period (T ~ TPWM) ranging from a maximum modulation period (T ~ PWM-MAX ~) to a minimum modulation period (T ~ PWM-MIN ~), the method comprising one step continuously vary the modulation period (T ~ PWM ~) between the maximum modulation period (T ~ PWM-MAX ~) and the minimum modulation period (T ~ PWM-MIN ~) so as to gradually increase and decrease the (T ~ PWM ~) between the maximum and minimum values at each new PWM modulation period to attenuate the amplitude of the PWM signal at its fundamental frequency and harmonic frequencies.
