Abstract
ISOLADOR SUSTENTANDO CONDUTOR INTERNO DENTRO DO CONDUTOR EXTERNO DE DISPOSITIVO COAXIAL, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO Um isolador sustentando um condutor interno dentro do condutor externo de um dispositivo coaxial formado a partir de uma porção de composição de polímero termicamente condutiva com uma condutividade térmica de pelo menos 4 W/m-K. A porção é dimensionada com um diâmetro externo em contato com o condutor externo e um furo central coaxial sustentando através do mesmo o condutor interno. Cavidades podem ser formadas na porção para casamento dielétrico e ou finalidades de conservação de material, O isolador pode ser fabricado eficazmente em termos de custo através de moldagem por injeção.
