Abstract

SISTEMA DE MOLDAGEM DE ALMOFADA DE ESPUMA E MéTODO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de moldagem para almofadas de espuma-em-saco compreende um molde definindo uma cavidade de molde, um plenum de ar separado da cavidade de molde, uma pluralidade de passagens de ar que conectam a cavidade de molde ao plenum de ar, e pelo menos um orifício conectado ao plenum de ar. A cavidade de molde tem um lado aberto e o molde inclui uma porta que é móvel entre uma posição fechada fechando o lado aberto da cavidade de molde e uma posição aberta permitindo que uma almofada entre e saia através do lado aberto. O sistema ainda compreende um sistema de vácuo/descarga pneumático conectado com pelo menos um orifício. O sistema de vácuo/descarga compreende uma fonte de vácuo, um tanque de ar contendo ar pressurizado, e uma válvula de vácuo/descarga estruturada e disposta para acoplar alternadamente o pelo menos um orifício tanto na fonte de vácuo quanto no tanque de ar.
