Abstract
Whose objective is to reduce the granulometry of the product which is composed of: corn and other micro-ingredients, such as: wheat bran, soybean meal, meat meal, rice meal, vicera flour and bone meal in varying proportions. not contain some of these products or contain others. The product is dosed from a silo (1) in a plansister (3) which is an equipment provided with several overlapping sieves which has the property of pre-separating the product by granulometry to pre-separating the product by granulometry. . What is already in the desired particle size will be separated and immediately follow a lung (10) and the remainder that is not in the desired size will be transported to a cylinder bank (13) where it will undergo two sealing processes by passing through cylinders. seaming, whereupon the product size will be reduced to the desired point, returning later to plansischter (3) for further classification and so on. In addition to the advantages of this process that allows grain size control, the fact that the power consumption is reduced from 05 to 06 Kw per ton of the product and the noise level ranges from only 70 to 80 DB, well below of the conventional system.
