Abstract
SISTEMA E MÉTODO DE DIAGNàSTICO ATRAVÉS DA CAPTAÇçO DE ONDAS MECÂNICAS EM SISTEMAS DE REFRIGERAÇçO E/OU ELETRODOMÉSTICOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e um método de diagnóstico para um sistema de refrigeração e/ou eletrodoméstico que, a partir de uma multiplicidade de grandezas físicas captadas determinam e informam a condição de operação do dito sistema de refrigeração e de seus componentes. Basicamente, as grandezas são divididas em dois grupos, sendo: (i) aquelas a partir das quais serão geradas assinaturas espectrais (grandezas relacionadas a vibrações mecânicas); e (ii) grandezas a partir das quais não serão geradas assinaturas espectrais. As grandezas do primeiro grupo são predominantes na análise do comportamento do sistema de refrigeração e/ou eletrodoméstico enquanto que as grandezas do segundo grupo se prestam a auxiliar, complementar e confirmar o diagnóstico obtido através das assinaturas espectrais. A captação das grandezas do primeiro grupo ocorrem por meio de sensores de ondas mecânicas (vibrações), acelerômetros ou ainda microfones, sendo estas grandezas dos tipos: ruído gerado pela movimentação ou presença de pessoas nas vizinhanças do sistema de refrigeração e/ou eletrodoméstico; e vibração dos componentes do sistema de refrigeração e/ou eletrodoméstico. O segundo grupo de grandezas, por sua vez, compreende parâmetros de temperatura e de tensão e corrente elétrica em componentes do sistema de refrigeração e/ou eletrodoméstico. As assinaturas espectrais geradas são comparadas com assinaturas padrões e, a partir disso, o diagnóstico do sistema é dado. Depois de diagnosticada, essa condição de operação é armazenada em uma base de dados e então um histórico de funcionamento do sistema é atualizado. As condições de operação são disponibilizadas para consulta, e, a partir da visualização do histórico, é possível constatar se o sistema de refrigeração e/ou eletrodoméstico e seus componentes apresentam falhas, ou não. Descreve-se também um compressor que pode ter o seu diagnóstico determinado pelo método e pelo sistema de diagnóstico da presente invenção.DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM AND METHOD THROUGH MECHANICAL WAVES COLLECTION IN REFRIGERATION AND / OR ELECTRIC HOUSEHOLDS. The present invention relates to a system and a diagnostic method for a refrigeration and / or appliance system which, from a plurality of captured physical quantities determine and inform the operating condition of said refrigeration system and its components. . Basically, the quantities are divided into two groups: (i) those from which spectral signatures (quantities related to mechanical vibrations) will be generated; and (ii) quantities from which no spectral signatures will be generated. The quantities of the first group are predominant in the analysis of the behavior of the refrigeration and / or appliance system while the quantities of the second group are used to assist, complement and confirm the diagnosis obtained through spectral signatures. The capture of the quantities of the first group occurs by means of mechanical wave sensors (vibrations), accelerometers or even microphones, such as: noise generated by the movement or presence of people in the vicinity of the refrigeration system and / or appliance; and vibration of refrigeration and / or appliance components. The second group of quantities, in turn, comprises temperature and voltage and electric current parameters in refrigeration and / or appliance components. The generated spectral signatures are compared with standard signatures and from this the system diagnosis is given. Once diagnosed, this operating condition is stored in a database and then a system health history is updated. The operating conditions are available for consultation, and from the history view, it is possible to see if the cooling system and / or appliance and its components fail or not. Also described is a compressor which may be diagnosed by the method and the diagnostic system of the present invention.
