Abstract

DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVAAPLICADA EM ROLDANA PARA PORTAS DE CORRER. Contando com um sistema de mola interna antidescarrilamento com regulagem de altura e guias superiores, de modo a evitar que as roldanas escapem dos carris por onde correm sobre os trilhos dispostos na caixa inferior. Compreende uma carcaça suporte ou quadro (1), onde está instalada uma roldana (2) e todas as demais partes, sendo que dita roldana contém rebaixos laterais adequados (14) e está assentada a um eixo (3) que é solidário a chapa (4), que apresenta abas específicas (5) capazes de se encaixarem deslizando por trilhos (6) existentes no referido quadro (1), sendo que a chapa (4) apresenta pinos superiores (7) e inferiores (12) do quadro (1), onde se assentam as molas (8) responsáveis pelo efeito amortecedor, contando ainda mencionada chapa (4) com um batente superior (9) que permite regular a oscilação das molas (8), regulagem essa conseguida por atuação de um parafuso (10) roscado no orifício (11) do quadro (1) junto ao reforço (13).
