Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA REGULAGEM DE ENCOSTO RECLINáVEL. Compreendendo um carne (4), uma mola de retomo (27), um entalhe (10) e uma catraca (2) conectados a um eixo central (17), como também um gancho externo (23) da mola de retomo (27) é fixo em um furo (40) do entalhe(10); são montados cursores (25) nos sulcos deslizantes do entalhe com os cubos dos cursores estando ligados aos sulcos deslizantes do carne (4); são montadas cunhas (9) nos sulcos deslizantes do entalhe com os cubos das cunhas estando ligados aos sulcos deslizantes do entalhe; os sulcos deslizantes dos cursores (25) são perpendiculares aos sulcos deslizantes das cunhas (9); é formado um travamento de dois pontos entre as superficies de auto-travamento dos cursores e das superficies de auto-travamento das cunhas depois de ser fixada a posição do came no eixo central sob a ação da mola de retomo; as vantagens adicionais da invenção são que o dispositivo tem estrutura compacta, pequeno volume, alta resistência, bom desempenho de destravamento em ambos os lados, alta precisão de regulagem e a conveniência da regulagem de ângulo e dobra rápida do encosto reclinável.
