Abstract

MODULADOR HIDRáULICO PARA UM DISPOSITIVODE FREIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um modulador hidráulico (60) para um dispositivo de freio que pode ser reduzido em tamanho pelo aperfeiçoamento da disposição de componentes e da estrutura interna. Meios para Solucionar A descrição aqui é feita sobre um modulador hidráulico (60) incluindo um cilindro (64) para suportar deslizavelmente um pistão de força (35) e mudar o volume de uma câmara hidráulica (65) comunicante com calibres de freio (80) de acordo com o deslizamento do pistão de força (35) e um motor elétrico (63) para deslizar o pistão de força (35) através de um meio de transmissão de força. O cilindro (64) estende-se paralelo a um eixo rotativo (73) e um movimento rotacional do motor elétrico (63) é convertido em um movimento linear em um eixo geométrico paralelo ao eixo rotativo (73). O meio de transmissão de força é provido por um mecanismo de parafuso esférico composto de uma porca de parafuso esférico (77), esferas (78) e um eixo de parafuso esférico (79) para converter o movimento rotacional do motor elétrico (63) para o movimento linear do cursor de empuxo (68). O cursor de empuxo (68) possui uma porção de cabeça (68a) que entra em contacto esférico com o pistão de força (35).
