The outer cover element is fixed relative to the chassis. The flexible sealing element seals the inner and outer cover elements in a sealed manner. The sealing member has an annular handle portion and an annular ferrule protruding out of the handle portion. The handle portion graspably engages one end of the outer cover element. The ferrule fits an outer surface of the inner cover element. The handle part has a U-shaped cross section and an annular chassis with a U-shaped cross section is embedded in the handle part.
