Abstract
PROCESSO DE ADSORçãO POR MODULAçãO DE PRESSãO PARA SEPARAçãO DE UMA MISTURA GASOSA DE ALIMENTAçãO CONTENDO DOIS OU MAIS COMPONENTES, SISTEMA DE ADSORçãO DE OSCILAçãO DE PRESSãO, SISTEMA DE ADSORçãO DE OSCILAçãO DE PRESSãO PARA SEPARAçãO DE UMA MISTURA GASOSA DE ALIMENTAçãO CONTENDO DOIS OU MAIS COMPONENTES, E PROCESSO DE ADSORçãO DE OSCILAçãO DE PRESSãO PARA SEPARAçãO DE UM GáS DE ALIMENTAçãO CONTENDO DOIS OU MAIS COMPONENTES Trata-se de um processo de adsorção por modulação de pressão para separação de uma mistura gasosa de alimentação compreendendo (a) provisão de um sistema de adsorção de modulação de pressão compreendendo um ou mais leitos compósitos, cada leito compósito compreendendo material adsorvente disposto em dois ou mais vasos em uma configuração de fluxo paralelo, cada vaso possuindo uma extremidade de alimentação e uma extremidade de produção; (b) realização de etapas seqüenciais cíclicas compreendendo adsorção/fabricação de produto, retirada de gás a uma pressão decrescente do leito compósito, purga do leito compósito, e introdução de gás no leito compósito a uma pressão crescente; e (c) para qualquer uma das etapas seqüenciais, definição de uma taxa de fluxo ou taxas de fluxo de um ou mais gases selecionados do grupo que consiste em gás introduzido na extremidade de alimentação ou extremidades de alimentação ou retirado da extremidade de alimentação ou extremidades de alimentação de quaisquer dos dois ou mais vasos e gás introduzido na extremidade de produção ou extremidades de produção ou retirado da extremidade de produção ou extremidades de produção de quaisquer dos dois ou mais vasos.
