Abstract

USO DE àLEOS VEGETAIS E ANIMAIS EM RESINAS DE POLIÉSTER PARA INDéSTRIA DE SOLADOS. Consiste no uso de óleos de origem vegetal ou animal, transformados ou não, na formulação de sistemas para solados, particularmente em sistemas de poliuretano para o mercado de solados; o sistema de produção pode ser de dois ou três componentes, sendo estes componentes obtidos a partir das seguintes partes: PARTE A, PARTE B e PARTE C, cada qual com uma seqúência e parâmetros próprios. Na presente invenção, na produção do poliéster o óleo de mamona entra como parte dos glicóis, por conter hidroxilas livres em sua molécula. Como a presente patente se baseia em óleos vegetais ou animais, é preciso esclarecer que os demais óleos de origem vegetal ou animal devem passar, para o presente uso, por uma prévia transformação de transesterificação antes de serem utilizados como glicóis no sistema poliuretano.USE OF VEGETABLE AND ANIMALS IN SOLES INDUSTRY POLYESTER RESINS.
