Abstract

EMBALADORA DE OVOS COM COPOS RECEPTORES ARTICULADOS. A qual possui copos receptores articulados (4) para dispor os ovos nas bandejas com precisão na posição de encaixe na bandeja, possuindo também um virador de bicos flexível e universal (18) para qualquer tipo de ovos (tamanhos e pesos), estado a mesma montada com os seguintes dispositivos: dispensador de bandeja, ou denester (1) localizado na sua parte traseira, painel de controle principal (7) localizado também na parte traseira, com membrana principal, um botão de emergência, quatro botões de funcionamento, dois botões liga/desliga, até sete leds indicadores e um LCD, regulador das guias laterais próximo ao painel, corpo da embaladora (2), onde são recebidos e preparados os ovos para serem embalados, copos receptores articulados (4) para embalar os ovos diretamente na bandeja, fechador de bandeja (3) de 12 ovos ou 18 ovos (estojo de ovos), esteira de saída (10) para as bandejas com ovos, painel de membrana secundário (11), com um botão de emergência, quatro botões liga/desliga e até seis leds indicadores, dita embaladora podendo ser acoplada com uma classificadora por barras ou réguas transportadoras, e juntamente com uma esteira de saída de ovos antes de entrar na embaladora, e por ser prevista uma adaptação da embaladora com discos endireitadores de ovos para virar o bico dos ovos para baixo, adaptando-os aos copos receptores articulados para colocar os ovos na bandeja com suavidade e precisão.
