Abstract
ESTRUTURA DE ACIONAMENTO DE COLHEITADEIRA DE ALGODãO Um controlador eletrónico com uma entrada de velocidade em relação ao solo detectada calcula apropriada velocidade de unidade de fileira de colheitadeira de algodão baseado sobre a velocidade em relação ao solo da colheitadeira e uma velocidade em relação ao solo prefixada versus uma curva de velocidade de unidade. O controlador inclui uma entrada de ajuste de relação automática ou manual. A entrada de ajuste de relação permite a velocidade da unidade ser aumentada ou decrescida em relação à velocidade prefixada. O controlador efetua a leitura da velocidade da unidade de fileira através de sensores de velocidade de unidade e emite um sinal para o atuador de velocidade de unidade ou controle de acionamento eletrónico (EDC) em um hidropolia variável ou outro dispositivo de acionamento variável para ajustar a velocidade da unidade ao valor calculado. Um detector ou dispositivo de visão de campo tal como uma câmera responsiva ao algodão sobre as plantas fornece um sinal à entrada de ajuste de relação automática para alterar a relação para produtividade aumentada e desgaste de máquina reduzido.
