A presente invenção trata de um processo de fabricação de chá líquido e concentrado de maracujá com camomila, capim-limão e melissa, através da mistura do chá de camomila, do capim-limão e da melissa com a polpa do maracujá, cozidos diretamente ou indiretamente a vapor, com características nutracêuticas especiais, para obtenção de uma composição de produto com propriedade calmante e facilitadora do sono, na intenção de atender o segmento de consumidores com insónia.
