PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO DE CARBOIDRATO, E, CARBOIDRATO OXIDADO. Um processo para a oxidação de carboidrato com luz UV. O processo compreende as etapas de fornecer um carboidrato, combinando o carboidrato com um oxidante e expondo o carboidrato e oxidante combinados à luz ultravioleta. O processo ocorre em condições alcalinas.
