Abstract
COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um compressor hermético para alcançar uma conexão mais rápida entre uma bobina de estator de um motor de acionamento e uma linha de energia além de custos de fabricação reduzidos. No compressor hermético incluindo pelo menos uma bobina de estator enrolada em um núcleo de um estator de um motor de acionamento e pelo menos uma linha de energia utilizada para aplicar energia ao estator, a bobina do estator e a linha de energia sendo conectadas uma à outra através de uma faixa de conexão que cerca as extremidades correspondentes da bobina do estator e da linha de energia previamente alinhadas uma com a outra, a bobina do estator é obtida pelo revestimento de um fio de alumínio com uma camada de revestimento de esmalte, e a extremidade da linha de energia, a ser conectada à bobina do estator, é formada a partir de um fio trançado do qual um revestimento é descascado. Aqui, o fio trançado assume a forma de um fio único para impedir que a bobina do estator seja inserida no mesmo, A faixa de conexão é feita de um material eletricamente condutor, e possui pelo menos um pico de contato formado em uma superfície interna da mesma e configurado para perfurar a camada de revestimento de esmalte de modo a entrar em contato com o fio de alumínio.
