Abstract

PROCESSO PARA REMOçãO DE FIBRAS, FRAGMENTOS DE FIBRAS OU CéLULAS DE VASO DE INTERFERêNCIA DE UMA SUSPENSãO DE MATERIAL FIBROSO AQUOSA. O processo serve para a remoção de fibras, fragmentos de fibras ou células de vaso ("vessels") de interferência de uma suspensão de material fibroso (S) aquosa. Fibras e fragmentos de fibras podem então ser considerados especialmente como de interferência quando têm uma superfície inativa, portanto pouco podem contribuir para a resistência do papel delas fabricado. Estas são enriquecidas com auxilio de um fracionamento de força centrífuga de vários estágios em uma tração de material de interferência (Sl) e extraídas. A fração de material de interferência (S1) pode por exemplo ser moída em um processo de moagem separado. Com o processo pode também ser melhorada por exemplo a capacidade de impressão do papel fabricado.
