Abstract

SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DISTRIBUIR OXIGêNIO. Um sistema para distribuir oxigênio inclui primeiro e segundo leitos de peneira, configurados para receber de maneira seletiva um fluído de suprimento e separar dele um fluído substancialmente rico em oxigênio. Um conduto de paciente que tem uma saída de paciente está em comunicação fluída seletiva alternada com os leitos de peneira. O sistema inclui dispositivo de detecção de respiração, em comunicação fluída com o conduto de paciente, configurado para calcular uma velocidade de respiração e para disparar, em resposta a uma detecção de respiração, uma saída de um volume predeterminado do fluído substancialmente rico em oxigênio de maneira alternada a partir de um respectivo dos leitos de peneira. O sistema também inclui um dispositivo configurado para medir a vazão de saída a intervalos predeterminados. A saída, que tem uma vazão alvo e uma vazão, ocorre durante de uma fase respectiva de distribuição de oxigênio para paciente ajustada de maneira dinâmica, a qual depende da vazão alvo, de vazão de saída e/ou da velocidade de respiração.
